A | Height is displayed in centimeters (Active Touch Controller)
- Press and hold the 1 and
buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. - The display will change from “CM” to “INCH” or “INCH” to “CM”.
- The new selection will flash until the light guide fills. When all three bars are full, the height selection is saved.
A | Height is displayed in centimeters (4 Preset Programmable Controller):
Press and hold the S button
B | Height of the desk does not match display (Active Touch Controller):
- On the Controller, press 1, 2, 1, 2.
- The display will begin blinking “SELECT”, “HEIGHT”.
- Press down on the Controller to select the correct lowest starting height, 22.6” or 27.3”. Extended height (dual-stage) is 22.6” and Basic height (single-stage) is 27.3”.
- Wait for 2 seconds until the light guide fills. When all three bars are full, the height selection is saved.
B | Height of the desk does not match display (4 Preset Programmable Controller)
Press the S button and the up or down button simultaneously, until the digital-display shows the correct height.
