In order for your RoomWizard to function properly, it needs to be configured to work with your existing calendaring provider. Since RoomWizard not only displays a room's current daily calendar but also allows users to book room's directly from the device, it is necessary to allow both read and write access.
Depending on your calendar provider the process to set up your RoomWizard varies. In the case of configuring a connection to a Google calendaring system, you are required to create a service account for use by RoomWizard.
